Hi,
I just back to town and I just open the item which I received about a week, the battery charging is not really working, which every time I need to charge more than 10 hours with a 5V@1.5A charger to get the green light, also U say it can play for 2 hours after green light but with the mid vol, I can only play around 30 mins, also the unit is NOT really stand on a flat floor as U seen on my video place on different floor.
I m not asking for refund, but can U exchange me a good one? Because this is a collectibles item so I m looking for a better condition one, pls understand.

I love it. Really cool and the physical 3D effect of the cabinet is simply unable to emulated. This is one of the must have physical cabinets to experience the full awesomeness that the game is visually :)
Only issue is that I don't know if the update to the firmware is required. It was required when released but it has been about two years. Hopefully it is shipping with the update installed?
