(I ordered this from the US in February, so if you ordered from the UK or at a later time, it might be different). When the figure arrived, it seemed noticeably rushed, with a few scuffs and a sub-par paint job (for comparison, my YouTooz Alastor figure is nicely done, at half the price). I decided I was not happy with the overall quality for what I paid for, and returned it without issue.
I hope whatever QA company they use for the US gets more tightly inspected figures, because I otherwise love collecting merch of Alastor.
Love my new Alastor statue!!! Was delivered faster than I thought it would, and it's in perfect condition. Hope to see more Hazbin Hotel Statues and, even ones from Helluva boss, someday soon.
Love the statue, great size, nice details and the pose is great. Really glad I got it.

overall a good "statue" though its a vinyl figure, love the pose, the expression, the character. but i don't think it was fair to price it at $70, considering the couple nitpicks i have. some paint was smeared/ not in the correct location, his right arm was popped out of socket upon arrival, and head bobbles back and forth due to unstable connection on the neck near the bowtie.
paint smeared/ not well painted on the hair on his left side, some smears of paint where the collar of his shirt reaches his head/hairline, and some paint was slightly splattered on the end of his right trouser sleeve, and on his right shoe. base is hollow and plastic, feels very cheap. some scratches on the right coat sleeve and one on the left. some black scratches/or paint streaks on the hair just in front of the ears.
not at all was i expecting for $70. i feel as if its worth probably $30 to be entirely honest. not super thrilled about spending so much on it considering all errors.

This figures quality is way too janky to justify a 70 dollar price tag and being classified as a statue rather than a vinyl figure. The base is a hollow cheapy feeling plastic, and Alastor seems to be a solid semi-soft vinyl plastic. I was expecting the figure to be plastic, maybe even the base, but was really hoping that the base would at least have some heft to it, or at least not be hollow. Maybe a more solid material like a metal for Alastors staff pole? Anything to make it feel like a more sturdy peice would've justified the price for me, but as is this is kinda disappointing.

I am so very happy with this. This is my favorite figure of Alastor so far so many details! And they literally sent me an extra one! I can’t believe it! Definitely will be getting more!!!!! highly recommend so happy
