Firstly, the item arrived damaged: the guys at Numskull answered quickly and sent a new one in perfect conditions, happy to give you 5 stars 🤩
(I ordered this from the US in February, so if you ordered from the UK or at a later time, it might be different). When the figure arrived, it seemed noticeably rushed, with a few scuffs and a sub-par paint job (for comparison, my YouTooz Alastor figure is nicely done, at half the price). I decided I was not happy with the overall quality for what I paid for, and returned it without issue.
I hope whatever QA company they use for the US gets more tightly inspected figures, because I otherwise love collecting merch of Alastor.
Love my new Alastor statue!!! Was delivered faster than I thought it would, and it's in perfect condition. Hope to see more Hazbin Hotel Statues and, even ones from Helluva boss, someday soon.
