Awesome Duck, master hobbit

This XL duck has an amazing likeness to tree beard. He the detail is nice and the platforms to hold merry and pippin (or most any ducks you might have) work very well and are stable. Definitely would recommend.

Terrible communication, great product.

I ordered in April with advisory of delivery in May. This was then moved to June. This was then moved to mid July, and then to mid August. This present was a father's day gift for June, so you can imagine my fury when it was delayed multiple times without an email of letting me know. I had to constantly chase up the order status and was then told it has been delayed until this date. No word of apology or understanding. It's frustrating because the products available are great and I've never had issues before this time. It wasn't a small purchase either, I spent £85 for them to treat me like I wasn't a customer at all.
